Fall just makes me want to nest!
I am in a bit of a burlap pillow frenzy..... having fun with different colors of burlap and different designs. I get a serious nesting urge when Fall comes! These pillow will be available at Sweet William Market next Saturday... come get a jump start on your Fall nesting!

Oh, wow, I am just crazy for your pillows. What paint did you use for these?
ReplyDeleteThanks! I used CeCe Caldwell's Vermont Slate for these two. I think I am going to do one in Carolina Sun Yellow today:)
ReplyDeleteThe Vermont Slate looks very blue on my screen. I showed my husband the picture, and he wants to know the color combo you used on the dresser.
DeleteCarolina Sun was the first color I ever used. I painted a leather-topped wine table, and it turned out great. I painted several more items before I ran out of my little sample jar.

ReplyDeleteThe dresser/buffet is done in CeCe Caldwell's Pittsburgh Gray with both clear and dark aging wax. The hardware is Vermont Slate with Satin Finish over it. (And the top is done in a chalkboard paint so that it can be written on. The Vermont Slate is really a charcoal color in person... I don't see blue... gotta love display screens:)
